Programme Overview

The part-time MSc in Strategy, Change and Leadership is a structured programme designed to:

•  improve your ability to manage change and uncertainty
•  increase your leadership impact
•  understand organisational complexity and issues affecting success
•  make better choices about growth and strategic direction

The programme is delivered through 6 intensive 3-day workshops and 2 two day workshops taught on Thursdays, Fridays (for 2 day workshops) and Saturdays (for 3 day workshops) circa every 6 - 8 weeks over 15 months for the Certificate and Diploma and 1 to 1 supervision for the MSc project. The class sizes are kept small to maximise interaction and to tailor sessions to group interests.

Requirements 

It is advisable that you hold an upper second-class honours degree or equivalent qualification, and at least five years' relevant work experience, which should include significant managerial responsibility.

In exceptional circumstances, candidates with a lower class of degree, equivalent qualifications or relevant work experience may be admitted if they can demonstrate their potential for master's-level work.

This MSc genuinely changed my life. Getting to spend two years studying the world of work in depth took me from a gradually growing career path straight into a global role for a major bank.
