Programme format
- The programme is delivered through 3-day and 2-day workshops taught on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
- These take place every 6-8 weeks to fit around your demanding job.
- You'll be able to apply what you have learned to your workplace between sessions, making an impact from day 1.
- Class sizes are kept small to maximise interaction and to tailor sessions to group interests.

Requirements
It is advisable that you hold an upper second-class honours degree or equivalent qualification, and at least five years' relevant work experience, which should include significant managerial responsibility.
In exceptional circumstances, candidates with a lower class of degree, equivalent qualifications or relevant work experience may be admitted if they can demonstrate their potential for master's-level work.
Looking for a shorter-term qualification?
Our part-time Masters level Certificate in Strategy, Change and Leadership is for senior managers who want to quickly refresh and upskill in these areas. The Certificate can be completed between September and May.
