Accessibility Information for AI for Good Event: Victoria Rooms Bristol, 4th June 2025
The Jean Golding Institute welcomes everyone to our AI for Good: Celebrating the University of Bristol’s National AI Award on Wednesday 4th June at the Victoria Rooms, Queens Road, Clifton, BS8 1SA.
The event is free of charge. Doors will open at 5pm for drinks and interactive exhibitions, followed by talks/panel discussion starting at 6.00pm.

Accessibility Information

- The event will take place in the Auditorium (G.40), with exhibitions and food provided in the Recital Room (G.27) and the bar area off the main hall. These areas all have step free access.
- Toilets (including accessible toilets, and separate female/male toilets) are located on the ground floor with step free access. A gender neutral toilet is located at the bottom of the auditorium balcony stairs.
- JGI staff will available to assist where needed.
- Guide Dogs or Assistant Dogs will be welcome.
- There is a breastfeeding space at the venue and a fridge to store breastmilk if required.
- There will be a quiet space (The Harley Room) that can be utilised for mental health needs for those who require it.
Travelling to the Victoria Rooms

- Please note there is no parking onsite, but there is limited meter parking on Queen’s Road and St Paul’s Road. On-street parking is time limited, however Blue Badge holders are not subject to any charges or time limits.
