Inaugural Lecture - Titan's atmospheric dynamics revealed by Cassini - Professor Nick Teanby

We are pleased to welcome Professor Nick Teanby for his Inaugural Lecture on: Titan's atmospheric dynamics revealed by Cassini.

Abstract:

Saturn's largest moon Titan is the only moon in our Solar system with a substantial atmosphere. The Cassini spacecraft measured many infrared spectra of Titan before it's eventual fiery demise into Saturn. Nick will discuss how these spectra reveal Titan's exotic atmospheric chemistry and how that chemistry can probe atmospheric circulation.

Attendance is free, booking required via Eventbrite.
