The IPCC AR6 sea-level projections and related work at the Met Office Hadley Centre

Abstract:  

In this talk I will present an overview of the sea-level projections from the IPCC Sixth Assessment Report (AR6) of Working Group I and how they compare to: (i) previous IPCC assessments; (ii) the UK national sea-level projections developed for UKCP18. The talk will close with a summary of a recent sea-level projections workshop and highlight some of the key areas of active research at the Met Office Hadley Centre.
