Zoom - Registration Details enclosed
The governmental approval of the IPCC WGII sixth assessment report has started. This process brings together the scientists who drafted the report with representatives from all of the 195 governments around the world to agree the final report. The report is the culmination of over three years of assessment of thousands of papers by experts from around the world.
Professor Daniela Schmidt, a member of the Cabot Institute, is a coordinating lead author for this report, which will describe the impact, adaptation options and vulnerability for people and nature due to a warming planet. Join us for this online seminar to hear directly from Professor Schmidt, as a coordinating lead author, on some of the key findings of the report and consider the implications for the UK and Europe.
