PGR Emma Louca wins Early Careers Enterprise Fellowship presentation competition at the Festival of Enterprise

Emma Louca's Accessible Letterpress Project recognised at Festival of Enterprise

Congratulations to Early Careers Enterprise Fellow Emma Louca, who has been recognised at this year’s Festival of Enterprise. Her Accessible Letterpress Project, which delivers creative, community-focused workshops using portable printing presses and plastic type, was awarded the judges’ prize following a round of PGR PechaKucha-style presentations.

Developed through the fellowship programme, the project combines hands-on creativity with a commitment to accessibility and offline engagement. At the festival, fellows were challenged to present their ideas in just 6 minutes and 40 seconds using images alone, encouraging clear storytelling and concise communication.

Emma says of her experience undertaking her fellowship;

"The fellowship has provided me with invaluable training and conversations with successful entrepreneurs, as well as a wonderful group of peers at similar stages of their own commercialisation process."

The award reflects both the strength of the project and the high standard of innovation showcased across the cohort. On being awarded first prize, Emma says;

"I was thrilled to receive the judges’ award for my presentation. I feel especially proud because of the high quality of the presentations from the other fellows. Each of them had a very impressive presentation about an incredible project."
