Bristol Dental School recognised for it's commitment to sustainability through Gold award for laboratory spaces.

University College London developed the Laboratory Efficiency Assessment Framework, or LEAF, as an independent standard to rate sustainability and efficiency in laboratory environments. The University of Bristol has set a goal of 100% of laboratory spaces to gain a Silver Award by the end of 2024 in a drive towards it’s commitment to Net Zero.

We are pleased to announce that Bristol Dental School achieved a Gold Award for the Production Laboratory, Prosthetics Teaching Suite, and Clinical Skills Suite spaces. Bristol Dental School is at time of writing only one of three academic Schools within the University of Bristol to hold Gold certification across it’s laboratory spaces, alongside Bristol Medical School (including Dorothy Hodgkin Building) and Bristol Veterinary School.
