A targetable chemoresistance mechanism in triple-negative breast cancer

Hosted by the School of Cellular and Molecular Medicine

Abstract: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is the most aggressive subtype of all breast cancers. Even with the emerging application of immunotherapy, the promise of rational therapies for TNBC remains elusive. We will look at a previously undescribed chemoresistance mechanism in TNBC and discuss how it can be clinically actionable.
