BNSSG CCG Research Showcase Seminars

The Research team at Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group (BNSSG CCG) are continuing their series of seminars showcasing the work of local researchers, and the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) and Research Capability Funding (RCF) funded projects they support.

This event will have talks by:

  • Dr Jo Thorn (University of Bristol) - A patient-reported questionnaire to measure the use of informal care, social care and personal expenses.
  • Prof Nicola Wiles (University of Bristol) – INTERACT: Integrated therapist and online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for depression in primary care.
  • Dr Faith Martin (Coventry University) - How can we best support parents/carers of young people with common mental health problems who are not currently receiving NHS services?
  • Dr Helen Malson (UWE Bristol) - Improving primary care services for people with an eating disorder.
  • Dr Rowan Brockman (University of Bristol) – Pooled budgets between the NHS and Local Authorities.
