Strategy and Partnering
Strategy and Partnering help the University make informed, future-focused decisions about its physical estate, infrastructure, and services.
What we do
We work in collaboration with academic Faculties and Professional Services. Together, we shape and drive strategic priorities that support the University 2030 Strategy and deliver long-term institutional value.
Through a strong business partnering model, we act as trusted advisors to senior academic and professional stakeholders. We translate strategic intent into practical delivery and coordinate insight, performance, and planning across the University’s estate.
We ensure that programmes, investment priorities and major change initiatives are delivered effectively and sustainably. This is achieved through strategic planning, governance, and resource alignment for Campus Division.
The team develops evidence-based recommendations, frameworks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive continuous improvement, innovation, and value for money.
By fostering collaboration, accountability, and forward thinking, we help build a modern, sustainable, and high-performing university.
