Tjawangwa Dema, Honorary Research Associate in the Department of English, will launch her collection of ecopoetry at this event on Earth Day, at Strange Brew in central Bristol. She will read from the collection, followed by a Q&A and music. Tickets are available from Headfirst.
The an/other pastoral book forms part of the wider Another Pastoral project. The project also encompasses an audio work and a digital archive of reflections and documentations of nature by Harriet Green, Dr Michael Malay (lecturer in English Literature and Environmental Humanities) and Maxwell Ayamba. It will be made available via Grapevine with the release of an/other pastoral.
