The Cambridge Branch Annual Spring Lecture will be taking place on Monday 27 April at 4:30 pm in the Audit Room of King’s College, Cambridge.
This room offers beautiful views of the Provost’s private garden and large oil paintings by celebrated Bloomsbury group artists Duncan Grant and Vanessa Bell.
The afternoon will begin with a short AGM, followed by a lecture from Professor Ad Putter: ‘Medieval Love Letters: the Good, the Bad and the Ugly.’
Professor Putter is an academic at the University of Bristol’s English department and is currently a Visiting Fellow at King's College, Cambridge.
Tickets
Tickets are £12 per person and include a glass of wine along with a selection of cakes.

The Cambridge Branch are also seeking a new chair to take over from Alison Wilson who has held the position since 2010. There will be a short AGM ahead of the lecture to discuss this.
