The London Branch of Bristol Alumni are hosting their annual carol service at 6:15pm on Monday 14 December in the church of St-Vedast-alias-Foster, near St Pauls Cathedral.
University of Bristol Alumni and friends are welcome. The seven lessons will be read by alumni readers, interspersed with well-known carols, led by an alumni choir. There will be a retiring collection for the church at the end of the service.
Attendees are invited to stay after the service to chat over drinks and a cold buffet supper.
Tickets are £15 each, which includes the post-service refreshments.
Directions and accessibility
The nearest station to the church is St Paul’s on the Central Line. Leave the station by EXIT 1 following the signs to Foster Lane. On reaching the surface continue with a glass fronted building on your left. Shortly you will be in Foster Lane and the Church will be immediately in front of you.
There is very limited car parking in the City. The organisers can arrange for disabled access to be available to the church if they are notified in advance. There is an option on the order form for this.
No refunds after 12 noon on 6 December 2026.
