On behalf of The London Branch of Bristol Alumni, we are delighted to invite you to their 11th Annual Carol Service. We hope you can join them to enjoy a traditional service of well-known carols and seven readings.
All readers are University of Bristol alumni, and they are pleased to announce that following last year’s success, they once again have a choir made up of University of Bristol alumni. If you are interested in singing in the choir, you can sign up here before Friday 14 November.
We hope that many of you can make it and join them for a festive evening! Please ensure that you are in your seats by 6:15 pm and note there will be a retiring collection in aid of the church.
Tickets
Tickets for alumni and guests cost £15, which includes refreshments after the service. You can find more information and book your tickets here. Please note that refunds will no longer be accepted after 12 pm on Monday 8 December.
Directions
The nearest station to the church is St Paul’s on the Central Line. Leave the station by Exit 1 following the signs to Foster Lane. On reaching the surface, continue with a glass fronted building on your left. Shortly you will be on Foster Lane, and the Wren church of St Vedast-alias-Foster will be immediately in front of you.
Accessibility
There is very limited car parking in the city. The London Branch can arrange for disabled access to be available to the church if they are notified in advance; there is an option on the booking form for this.
The London Branch is a group of alumni volunteers who organise activities throughout the year to keep our alumni community in London connected. They regularly host events in Central London, such as their annual lecture and guided history walks, offering plenty of opportunities for alumni to meet and connect.
