School of Management Discovery Series- The Future of Work

16 June 2021, 1.00 PM - 16 June 2021, 2.00 PM

Zoom

We are delighted to present the first in our series of academic led, research based Discovery events from the School of Management, for our alumni on Wednesday 16th June 2021, 1 pm - 2 pm BST.

The event will be hosted by our Head of School, Professor Palie Smart, who will be in conversation with Professor John Beaverstock and Dr Jennifer Johns presenting their latest research on the Future of Work. They will be joined by University of Bristol alumnus, Thomas Inskip (BSc 2009), Chief Commercial Officer of Afiniti, who will give his real life examples of using emerging technology, developing strategy and managing a global team.

If you are working as a business professional, this is an opportunity to learn more about this interesting area of research, and ask questions to our panel.

The panel discussion will also include a live Q&A session with the audience, where you can submit your questions to the panel.

This event has a maximum capacity. Once reached, registration will be closed. For those who could not join, a recording of this event will be shared after the event.

Cost: Free to attend but pre-registering is essential
