University management and Executive Group
Our executive bodies, University Executive Board and University Management Team, support and advise the Vice-Chancellor and President, and the Executive Group. They undertake specific delegated responsibilities and decisions.
University Executive Board (UEB)
The University Executive Board is the principal management and executive decision-making group of the University.
University Management Team (UMT)
The University Management Team advises the University Executive Board on strategic, operational and academic matters.

The Vice-Chancellor and President is the academic and administrative head of the University. Supported by the rest of the Executive Group, they manage the University in accordance with the constitution. Each member of the Executive Group has a specific remit.
Vice Chancellor and President
The Vice-Chancellor and President is the academic and administrative head of the University, and the principal officer designated as publicly accountable for the University's finances. Current post-holder: Professor Hugh Brady
Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost

Pro Vice-Chancellor for Education
The Pro Vice-Chancellor for Education is responsible for creating a dynamic environment for inspiring, challenging, and research-rich teaching, curriculum and assessment at the University. Current post-holder: Professor Tansy Jessop
Pro Vice-Chancellor for Global Engagement
