The Theatre Collection is open to all genuine researchers, whether academics, theatre practitioners or those with a personal interest in drama and theatre history. We encourage visitors to use our study facilities and undertake your own research.
If you have an enquiry about our holdings, an initial search of our online catalogue prior to contacting us will help you to decide whether you may need, or like, to visit us in person. Please note that not all our holdings are catalogued onto the online catalogue so after searching online, if you are unable to find what you are looking for please let us know.
We are currently migrating the content of Collections Pages from our old website - please contact us for information on those collections with no page link information below in the meantime. Apologies.
If you email us, you will receive an automated response on receipt of your query. However, due to the high number of enquiries that we receive, our response to your request may take up to 20 working days.
Due to staff numbers and increased enquiries it is no longer possible for the Theatre Collection to undertake in-depth research on behalf of enquirers, therefore, you may wish to appoint an independent researcher to help with your request.
