We are pleased to outline the Staff Development Work Plan for 2010/11 in our latest Annual Report. The report offers a brief overview of the action that has taken place over the last twelve months, together with lots of views from the 4710 staff that attended some kind of centrally organised development session, and an evaluation of impact this has had back in the workplace .
2011/12 will see the unit focusing even more on what the University needs to be successful over the next period. Following extensive consultation our three main priorities next year will be:
