The meeting room is available for use by:

Room charges

The meeting room is free for Staff Club events.

There is a charge for University departments wishing to use this space to hold meetings. These charges will supplement Staff Club funding, enabling us to provide more than the basic facilities. The charges are as follows:

Time of day priorities

To permit fair access to the meeting room space priorities vary at different times of day.

Permitted use is as follows:

Lunchtime (12:00-14:00) Staff Club committee, Individuals
Afternoon (14:00-17:30) Staff Club committee, Activity clubs, Individuals, University departments
Evening (17:30-20:00) Staff Club committee, Activity clubs, Individuals

Please note: University departments can book the rooms in the Afternoon periods. We are now (21/11/08) permitting Morning bookings and keeping an eye on how this affects individual's use of the room.

Although the University will make every effort to meet additional requirements we advise you to contact the Staff Club Office as early as possible to discuss the provision of additional support for disabled delegates. We also strongly recommend that you visit the venue in person, in order to determine their suitability for your event.
