The Castanet database records company and contact information of potential employers, current vacancies and event information. Additional modules include the facility to invoice companies, to record notes on employer visits and to allow companies to submit their vacancies online. All relevant information regarding an employer is held in one database which can be accessed by different staff in your organisation enabling them to see at a glance all activities with an employer.
All data is entered into Castanet by the licensee giving the licensee full control over the data, enabling them to comply with data protection and freedom of information regulations.
The database is based on Access 2000 (data can be stored in Oracle) potentially supplied on a customisable basis to licensee.
