Aim of PW@B

PW@B is not so much a project or initiative as a process that describes the things we believe are important as an employer, and a series of actions to help us deliver them.

The PW@B agenda can be steered and monitored from the centre, but everyone has a role in taking it forward. It should be an aspect of 'the way we do things around here', with all staff playing their part.

PositiveWorking@Bristol will demonstrate:

Action is steered and monitored by the Staff Experience Group.

Action takes place against a series of PW@B 'Commitments' made to staff, that outline the kind of workplace we all want to create. Evaluation of impact made takes place each year and is communicated through to the Human Resources Committee (Sub-Committee of University Council).
