QUADAS (Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies) is a tool designed to systematically assess the quality of diagnostic accuracy studies.  Key use cases include:

QUADAS-3 is the current iteration of the QUADAS tool and is the current recommended version. It is designed for use in systematic reviews to assess the risk of bias and applicability of primary diagnostic test accuracy studies, including studies of tests used for diagnosis, screening, or disease staging.
