Instrument: Double bass

For several years Antonia enjoyed being a freelance bass player in London. Often she worked in the pits of English National Opera and the Royal Opera House.

From small early music groups to the London Philharmonic Orchestra, sometimes Antonia enjoyed playing music as diverse as Monteverdi and Mahler in the same day.

Since having a family and moving to Somerset, Antonia has found regular extra work with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales. She is also a member of Bath Philharmonia.
