Leadership and Management Fora Programme

In 2009/2010 the Leadership and Management Fora Programme has been revised to offer a focused and concise series of events on a monthly basis. These sessions will enable you to gain a deeper understanding of a range of current management and leadership issues in the University while providing a valuable opportunity to share ideas and views with other Heads of Department and senior leaders.

The Fora Programme covers a number of important topics including updates on the Support Process Review, the UoB INFORMS Programme and the work of the University Research Committee. Sessions will run on a monthly basis as advertised in the programme. A buffet lunch and refreshments will be provided.

You can take part in as many L&M Fora as you wish and we request that you book your place in advance. If you are unable to attend, please see our materials and presentations from previous L&M Fora, which are available to view at your convenience. We encourage you to delegate attendance where appropriate to the most relevant member of your department or division if you are not able to take part.
