Congratulations to Dr Michele Barbour (Oral and Dental Sciences) and Professor Bruce Hood (Experimental Psychology) who have been awarded Fellowships in 2011-12 (to commence in August 2012).
The University Teaching Fellowship Scheme aims to raise the profile of teaching and learning by supporting and valuing individuals who make an outstanding impact on the student learning experience at the University of Bristol.
University Teaching Fellowships (to commence from the following August) are awarded through open competition to members of academic staff to facilitate their ability to spend a dedicated period of time (up to one year) on research and disseminating innovative and high-quality teaching and learning practices at a national (or even international) level. The Scheme has been approved by Education Committee and Senate.
