Most exams are held in venues on the University campus. However in main exam periods we may also use some external venues including Coombe Dingle Sports Centre (see travel information below).

Walking

Coombe Dingle is about 10 minutes walk from Hiatt Baker halls.

By bicycle

There are cycle hoops at Coombe Dingle Sports Centre to lock your bicycle to.

By bus

The Bristol Unibus U1 service travels directly from campus to the Stoke Bishop Transport Hub, which is about 10 minutes' walk from Coombe Dingle Sports Centre.

• Students with a UoB Unibus Year pass travel free of charge on the U1 and Service 3.
• If you show your Ucard (University ID card) you can receive a 25% discount on other First buses.

By train

Coombe Dingle is approximately 25 minutes walk from Sea Mills railway station on the Severn Beach Line. Use the Great Western Railway website to plan your journey.

By car

There is free parking at Coombe Dingle Sports Centre.
