Composites 2015 will be held in Bristol, a historic city located in the south west of the UK which offers many great sights and cultural activities to visitors.  The conference venue will be at the University of Bristol, hosted by the Advanced Composites Centre for Innovation and Science in the Queen’s Building.

Travel information

Getting to Bristol

Bristol is located in the south west of the UK, and is serviced by its own international airport which receives direct flights from mainland Europe. More frequent flights to the UK arrive in London Heathrow and Gatwick airports, from which Bristol is approximately two hours transfer by train.  Visitors should utilise the Bristol Temple Meads railway station for access to the city centre and conference venue. Train journey information is available via the National Rail website.

National Express offers direct coach transfers from London Heathrow and Gatwick airports to Bristol city centre.

Transportation between hotels and the conference venue

Coach transportation will be available to transport delegates between some of the city centre hotels to the conference venue.  The route will be announced shortly and collection points will be offered close to hotels listed in the accommodation section of this site.
