Hamilton House hosts a wide range of artists, and runs events spanning physical therapy, music, and capoeira, while the Folk House teaches everything from stained glass to wood carving as well as hosting regular exhibitions.

For jewellery and crafts, check out the Christmas Steps Arts Quarter, and pick up something beautiful. Enjoy events, talks and contemporary art at the spectacular Royal West of England Academy in Clifton, the UK's only regional Royal Academy of Art.

By the waterside, Arnolfini gallery showcases contemporary art across dance, performance, music, and visual arts, while Bristol Museum & Art Gallery has a wide range of collections in the centre of the city.

Of course you simply have to wander around to discover the city’s most famous artist. Banksy's original artworks can be seen all over Bristol, and you can take a walking tour to guide you.
