University-managed properties for staff
The University has a limited supply of rooms, flats and houses available for staff. We have properties available for:
- Short term serviced accommodation for 2-12 weeks for visiting staff
- Fixed term bookings of 6-12 months to provide a base from which staff can find a more permanent home.
All our rents include electricity, gas, water, council tax and TV licence saving you the time, effort and expense of setting these up. Most include internet and wifi although there are some exceptions and you should check the property description carefully before booking. All properties are fully furnished and include basic kitchen equipment.
