University-managed properties for staff
The University has a limited supply of rooms, flats and houses available for staff. Most are let on short tenancies of 3 to 6 months to cater for visiting staff or to provide a base from which staff can find a more permanent home.
All our properties are let on an assured shorthold tenancy and all our rents include electricity, gas, water, council tax and TV licence saving you the time, effort and expense of setting these up. Most include internet and wifi although there are some exceptions and you should check the property description carefully before booking.
All properties are fully furnished and include basic kitchen equipment.
