Biography
My undergraduate degree was in social and political sciences, specialising in political philosophy alongside social anthropology, sociology, and social psychology. I had a career in managing and developing non-profit organisations before transitioning into policy development work and consultancy. I turned to academia to think more deeply about some of the questions that I had encountered in organisational life, starting with a MSc in Occupational Psychology and then a PhD.
Research interests
I am conducting an action research inquiry into how critical perspectives in work and organisational psychology can be developed further.
I am also interested in psychological responses to organisational values, and how we can work with organisational values in better ways.
