Teaching
Tess teaches composition for screen media at post-graduate level. Her lecturing focuses greatly on interdisciplinary approaches to film scoring, where music cognition, psychoanalysis, philopshophy and film analysis are deeply embedded into her teaching methods and class discussion. This multi-faceted approach has proven to deepen students' holistic understanding of the subject, allowing them to embed this knowledge into their own creative practise.
