Research interests
We are interested in how sensory information affects behavioural decisions, with special focus on studying dopamine modulation of memory, sleep, and neuroinflammatory responses. We use the incredibly powerful model of Drosophila melanogaster to tackle this questions with mechanistic detail, using genetic, imaging and behavioural approaches.
