EDITORIAL ACTIVITIES
I was the founder-editor of The Tabla Book of New Verse (1991-2004) (formerly Tabla poetry magazine), an annual single volume publication of poetry. Writers published included Gillian Allnutt, John Burnside, David Constantine, Julia Copus, Jane Duran, Louise Gluck, Philip Gross, David Hartnett, Lee Harwood, Seamus Heaney, Tobias Hill, Jane Holland, Judith Kazantzis, Mimi Khalvati, John Kinsella, Marion Lomax, Peter McDonald, Medbh McGuckian, W. S. Merwin, Paul Muldoon, Ruth Padel, Kathleen Raine, Peter Redgrove, Robin Robertson, Peter Robinson, Carol Rumens, Charles Simic, Pauline Stainer, Anne Stevenson, George Szirtes and Charles Tomlinson.
