Research interests
During my Master's studies, I focused on tropical forest soil ecosystem, using microbial high-throughput sequencing to investigate how environmental changes impact microbial community dynamic under global change in tropical forest.
In September 2025, I joined OGU, where my research focused on the OM composition and dynamics in peatlands, and associated microbial processes. My project integrates pyrolysis-GC-MS of OM with high-throughput sequencing to examine global patterns of peat OM composition and microbial functional dynamics. This work aim to improve our understanding of driving mechanism linking OM composition to microbial community structure and function in peatland ecosystem.
