With the increasing prevalence of technology and the internet, children are exposed to digital media from a young age, making it essential that they develop digital literacy skills and knowledge to navigate and make sense of the digital world around them. Therefore, my research interest aims to investigate how digital literacy education can be effectively incorporated into primary school curricula and how teachers can best teach digital literacy skills to young children. Additionally, my research may consider the potential challenges and barriers that may arise in the process of teaching digital literacy to primary school children and which interventions will be effective in improving children's digital literacy.
