Biography
My background is rooted in research into Problem Structuring Methods, Soft OR and the process of engagement in and development of engineering projects and programmes. This experience is now being put into practice in my role in delivering two large capital projects which support research into infrastructure and cities. Through partnerships, both academic and commercial, the Urban Observatory and National Facility for Soil-Foundation-Infrastructure will deliver critical research into areas which require significant investment for the future.
