Biography
I started studying Geoology in the University of Athens, where I got my BSc degree. I moved to Spain to study my MSc on Energy Resources, at the University of Granada, in spanish. While there I focused primarely on Hydrocarbons' Exploration and Organic Geochemistry on source rocks, Geothermal Energy and CCS. I then shifted to studying specific compound isotopes on biomarkes, during my internship at NIOZ Sea Research Institute, in The Netherlands.
All this, finally led me to be part of the CERES project in the University of Bristol, researching on Peatlands and trying to explain their important impact on past and modern Climate Changes.
