Oghale’s research interest:
Strategic Human Resource Management, Talent and Global Talent Management, International Human Resource Management, Leadership and related themes around Work and Employment, Decent Work. Education and Pedagogy particularly in areas of student experience and engagement, inclusion, and the inclusive classroom.

2022 : Open Learning Initiative (OLIve): I am a volunteer mentor working with colleagues in Bristol School of Policy Studies in partnership with Bristol colleges, the city resettlement team and refugee NGOs, University of Bristol Widening participation team to support people from refugee backgrounds into Higher Education.
2019 till date: WIDENING PARTICIPATION: I am a volunteer for Widening Participation teaching to Year 12 students on the ‘Access to Bristol’ University Initiative and Sutton Summer program, for the School of Management.
