Biography
Senior Lecturer in Global Management at the University of Bristol Business School, I am the Programme Director of the School’s new online executive education MSc in Global Management. In addition to holding a PhD in Management Studies (King’s College London), an MRes in Social Science Research Methods, and a PGCert in Academic Practice, I am a Chartered Association of Business Schools (CABS) Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE), a Senior Fellow of Advance HE, a Fellow of the RSA, and a member of the British Academy of Management.
My academic experience spans curriculum and pedagogy design and innovation, curriculum innovation, quality assurance, and leadership includes roles as a PGT Programme Director, Director of Graduate Studies, and an external examiner and programme approval panel member. I have a sustained track record of pedagogical innovation, including the development of immersive educational game experiences, collaborative online international learning (COIL) experiences, and actively engage with scholarship in management education and case study publishing.
I am committed to enhancing student experience and outcomes through inclusive, research-informed pedagogy and innovation. My work includes developing immersive educational game experiences and case teaching resources that support active engagement and real-world application.
