Biography
I founded and led my own preschool and kindergarten in 2015, where I developed educational programmes and learning environments that drew on child-centred and internationally informed pedagogical approaches. These professional experiences shaped my long-standing interest in how schools can better support studente beyond academic achievement, particularly through leadership, school culture, and the broader educational environment.
My current research explores educaional leadership, policy, and school development across international contexts, with particular interests in comparative education, student well-being, inclusive education, and the social and cultural conditions that shape educational practice. Alongside my doctoral research, I have contributed to academic publishing through a book chapter on memory, attention, and perception in child development.
Research interests
My research interests lie in educational leadership, comparative education, education policy, and the sociology of education, with particular attention to how social, cultural, and institutional conditions shape educational practice across contexts. I am especially interested in school leadership, student well-being, inclusive education, child development, and qualitative approaches to understanding educational experience and change.
