Research interests
Mohammed's research interests include workplace innovation, organisational tensions and public sector innovation. He is specifically interested in exploring those areas in the context of higher education. His doctoral research, titled “Exploring Organisational Tensions in Public Sector Innovation: An Exploratory Qualitative Case Study of a Public University in Oman,” examines the tensions that emerge from innovation and reform initiatives within public higher education institutions and how employees experience and respond to these tensions.
