Research interests
Since the undergraduate student project undertook a few years ago, my research focuses on exocrine pancreas involvement in Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). I am investigating digestive proteins as a biomarker of T1D risk and progression. My postgraduate project focuses on genetic differences between slow and rapid progressors to T1D.
