Research interests
As part of my PhD research, I am doing 3D photoshoots of coral skeletons with very powerfull X-rays (i.e., 3D X-ray µCT) and developing advanced image processing pipelines coupled with AI to understand past changes in coral growth in understudied regions of SE Asia.
