Research interests
Helen is interested in research methods, and how the blend of quantitative and qualitative research can inform practice. She has run large-scale surveys with 20,000 to 50,000 respondents on subjects such unemployment, employee satisfaction, training evaluation and employee attitudes.
Helen specialises in leadership development, change management, coaching and team effectiveness.
