Research interests
Champion(Guanjun) Qin is an award-winning composer, producer, topliner, and a CSC-Full Scholarship funded PhD student in the Department of Music at the University of Bristol.
He has collaborated with and composed music for many famous artists, such as Jackson Wang, a member of GOT7 which is one of the best popular K-pop Idol Groups. He has also composed the soundtrack for many TV series and cartoons, such as GG BOND, which had over 50 million viewers in its first week of broadcasting.
His research is about the Hybridisation of electroacoustic music with traditional Chinese instruments.
