Research interests
I am a researcher of peace, conflict, violence and organised crime with a specific focus on non-state armed groups. My current research focuses on the relationship between non-state armed groups and local people, how local people understand, navigate and influence this relationship, and how this feeds into wider dynamics of conflict and peace.
