Research interests
I am interested in infection. My main interests are outcomes from severe infection, differentiating phenotypes of infection, and molecular approaches to diagnosis of infection.
I am currently an NIHR Academic Clinical Fellow at North Bristol NHS Trust, and am due to start a Wellcome GW4 PhD in 2020, looking at host genomic and transcriptomic responses in infection.
My other interest is in drawing causal inference from observational data.
