Biography
I completed a BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Warwick in 2018. After teaching abroad and working in London, I completed a PGCE (English) at the University of Bristol in 2022. After working as a secondary school Teacher of English, I commences a PhD in English at the University of Bristol in 2024. I aim to complete my doctoral studies in 2027.
I am the Communications and Content Administrator at Good Grief Festival and I work closely with The Bristol Centre for Grief Research and Engagement.

Research interests
My thesis, Afterlives of Displacement: Queering Transgenerational Grief, looks at the limits of language for expressing grief in a transgenerational and transnational context. I am specifically interested in writers who work across Hong Kong and Viet Nam.
