My research broadly focuses on the social, environment and governance.
Social- Social justice, opportunities & equality in the workplace.
Social (labour) exploitation and conflict
Environment-Environmental problems
Governance: Corporate governance structures - compensation committees
Corporate governance actors- shareholder activists
I use qualitative methods.
